When did the company get listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange?
We got listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers on February 18, 2015. After that, we moved to First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on October 21, 2016. Following the market segment restructuring by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the market was changed to the Prime market on April 4, 2022 and to the Standard market on October 20, 2023.

What is your policy on dividends?
Our basic policy is to consistently pay stable dividends once a year, in the form of year-end dividends, that are unaffected by short-term fluctuations in financial performance based on a target dividend on equity ratio (DOE) of 2.0%. Further, from the fiscal year ending November 30, 2024, we have decided to pay interim dividends linked to profit in the fiscal year immediately preceding the year in question.
